Slugface was once a normal human, but he was experimented on by a secret organization seeking to create a hybrid between humans and eldritch creatures.
The experiment went horribly wrong, causing him to mutate into a slimy, tentacled being.
Instead of killing him, the mutation gave him strange abilities, but at the cost of his identity and memories.
He escaped the lab before they could terminate him and now lives in abandoned places, far from society.
Over time, he discovered that his body is still evolving, and he fears what he might eventually become.
He desperately wants to regain his humanity, but the process might be irreversible.
